We offer an installation service within our delivery area on products we sell.

Freestanding Appliances

Freestanding Wet Appliances (Washing Machines, Washer Dryers and Dishwashers) - £25.00

Freestanding Tumble Dryers - £25.00

Freestanding Fridges, Freezers and Fridge Freezers - £20.00

Available on all freestanding washing machines, washer dryers, tumble dryers, dishwashers and refrigeration (excluding American Style (Side by Side) Fridge Freezers)

Please note that this service is only available when replacing a like-for-like appliance.

As part of this service, we will:

• Disconnect the old appliance
• Unpack your new product, remove and recycle the packaging
• Connect the new appliance to existing tap(s) and electric supply socket. Within reach of the pipes and lead supplied with the new washing machine.
• Level and fit neatly in the space

Before ordering installation, you should ensure that:

• Your appliance will fit into the existing space
• There is easy access to the existing pipework
• Your stop valves are working correctly (for connection of any wet appliance)
• Uninterrupted access to pipework from where the appliance is sited
• There is sufficient access for ventilation tubes (tumble dryers)

What we do not do:

• Make any alterations to existing plumbing or electrical connections
• Connect the appliance if it puts the fitter or customer at risk
• Plumb two waste pipes into one waste connection
• Connect the appliance if it does not meet safety guidelines

Built In Appliances

Built In Wet Appliances (Washing Machines, Washer Dryers and Dishwashers) - £95.00

Built In Tumble Dryers - £95.00

Built In Fridges, Freezers and Fridge Freezers - £95.00

Available on all Built In washing machines, washer dryers, tumble dryers, dishwashers and refrigeration (excluding American Style (Side by Side) Fridge Freezers)

Freestanding Cookers

Electric Cookers - £75.00 (This does not include range cookers)

Gas Cookers – We don’t install. A GasSafe registered installer is required

As part of this service, we will:

• Unpack your new product, remove and recycle the packaging
• Disconnect an old appliance
• Connect the new appliance to existing electric supply. (Appropriate for the new appliance)
• Level and fit neatly in the space

Before ordering installation, you should ensure that:

• Your appliance will fit into the existing space
• There is easy access to the electric point
• All electric connections sockets/outlets are undamaged and in a safe state

What we do not do:

• Make any alterations to existing electrical connections or kitchen units/worktops
• Connect the appliance if it puts the fitter or customer at risk
• Connect the appliance if it does not meet safety guidelines

Ovens & Hobs

Electric Ovens - £75.00

Electric Hobs - £90.00

Gas Ovens, Gas Hobs - We don’t install. A GasSafe registered installer is required 

Please note that this service is only available when replacing an existing built-in appliance and we only install to existing connections

As part of this service, we will:

• Unpack your new product, remove and recycle the packaging
• Connect the new appliance to existing electric supply
• Fit neatly in the space

Your appliance will fit into the existing housing/ worktop space

There is easy access to the existing electrical connections

What we do not do:

• Make any alterations to existing electrical connections
• Connect the appliance if it puts the fitter or customer at risk
• Connect the appliance if it does not meet safety guidelines
• Make any alterations to worktops or cabinets

Televisions

 

Televisions (Stand Installation) - £20.00

 

As part of this service, we will:

• Unpack your new television and take away the packaging for recycling
• Place your TV on a suitable stand
• Setup your television so that it can pick up TV channels
• Setup the wifi connection on Smart TV’s
• Connect any ancillary equipment such as Blu-ray players, sound bars or TV Boxes as long as the cables are suitable for the new TV

Before ordering installation, you should ensure that:

• You have all compatible accessories and cables
• All cables will reach the TV
• The TV aerial and cables are in correct working order
• There is easy access to the power supply
• There are enough power sockets within the area you have chosen to put the TV
• It is easy to access where the TV is going to be installed
• Have the wifi access code available for the installer

What we do not do:

• Any cabling under floors
• Alter any electrical connections in your property
• Make any alterations to the aerial or aerial cables
• Install the product if there is a risk to the customer or fitter
• Mount TV’s on walls

Failed Connections

If a connection fails because the customer did not inform of us of any reason why it may not be successful or because the customer did not comply with the reasons mentioned above, we reserve the right to make a failed connection charge.

We'll recycle your old product

We can help you dispose of your old appliances in an environmentally friendly manner. We will take away your old appliance, like-for-like, when we deliver your new one*, and make sure it is recycled in accordance with the UK's WEEE Directive.

Your old appliance must be disconnected before we arrive (unless an installation service has been ordered), refrigeration products must be defrosted. Products will not be removed if unsafe
