2.01 Orders All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order. Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge that any automated acknowledgment of your order which you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the Website. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we (i) debit your credit or debit card or (ii) despatch the goods to you or commence the services, whichever is the earlier. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data provided by you when accessing or ordering from the Website. There will be penalty charges if non-deliveries are ignored. If you fail to contact us regarding deliveries within 2 working days after the initial delivery date then a charge will be issued along with the cost of the item been returned. You will only be refunded a partial amount of credit if you make no effort in the case. You will then have to re-order at the current price of the item.
2.02 Cancellation Rights Where you have purchased the goods or services as a consumer (i.e. for private use as opposed to business use), please note that you are entitled to cancel any contract completed with us within 7 days of receipt of the goods or services. We will notify you of when we wish to collect the goods or services. The goods and services will be collected by us within 28 days of our receiving your cancellation notice and we will charge the cost of collecting the goods or services, and will deduct this from any sum owed by us to you. Alternatively, you can return the goods or services to us by contacting us on 0191 581 2731 (between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm Mon-Sat (Wed 9.00 am to 4.15pm)) to provide you with address details; We will refund any money you have paid to us within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation notice. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any interest payment that you may incur because any refund was made outside of your credit/debit card timescales.
2.03 Price and Payment All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. We reserve the right, however, to change prices at any time without notice to you. If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom and the Island of Jersey you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a delivery reaches your country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local custom office for information. Payment can be made by any major GB issued 3D verified credit or debit card. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the despatch of your good or provision of the service to you. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery.
2.04 Eligibility to Purchase To be eligible to purchase goods on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must: If an individual, be 18 years of age or over. Stipulate a delivery address within the UK. Register your real name, address, phone number, e-mail address any other details requested. 2.05 Complaints All complaints should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Each complaint will be dealt with individually and we will attempt to resolve the problem within 5 working days. Please be aware that we may use the email address provided at the point of order to contact you with offers and promotions. We will not pass your contact information on to any other companies.
2.06 Damaged items Please report any damages by email to email@example.com as soon as possible after delivery. Please provide a photograph of the damage where possible. Please report all damages prior to use. On receiving your email we will be in touch with further information to resolve the problem.

5.0 Euronics Limited Agency Items John Calvert (Elec) Ltd, trading as Calvertsonline, is an agent for Euronics Limited. Some items from our product range are sold subject to the terms of our agreement with Euronics Limited. These items, referred to as 'Agency’ items or models, are subject to the following criteria: Agency items must be sold at a price determined by Euronics Limited Agency items must be purchased in GBP (£), not Euros (€) Agency items must only be shipped within the territory of the United Kingdom of Great Britain, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands All 'Agency' items are clearly labelled with the following graphic, immediately above the product description.
6.01 No Fault Returns If you wish to return an unwanted item please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org We are happy for you to unpack and inspect the item properly, however if you have used or installed the item, we will only make a partial refund to cover the loss in value of the product. Please note this could be up to 50% of the value of the item. Please provide your order number so that we can deal with your query as efficiently as possible. You must notify us within 14 working days of delivery of your order if you want to return an unwanted item and we will provide you with a Returns Authorisation number. All 'no fault returns' must be returned at the customers own cost. The Product must be in their original packaging, as new and unused, and must include all parts, accessories and manuals. All sealed items must remain sealed. If an item is returned incomplete or used we reserve the right to charge to reflect diminished value. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept Vacuum Cleaners and Headphones back as no-fault returns if they have been switched on and used.
6.02 Faulty items We are always happy to help, so if you have any problems or queries with a product please contact us by email at email@example.com Customers are advised that after the first 28 days, the first point of contact should be the manufacturer of the item they purchased. Once a manufacturer has confirmed the fault, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the faulty item back to us in as new a condition as possible ie not damaged or missing parts. All items must be insured with their chosen courier to their full retail value. We are only able to provide collection or reimbursement of postage costs within 6 months from date of purchase. We do not cover faults caused by accidental damage, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. This Returns Policy does not affect your legal rights. Any returned goods that we receive which are outside this returns policy, such as "no fault found", will be defined as "in dispute", such in dispute items will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason for this will be provided. We are happy to re-ship such "in dispute" items back to you at a cost to yourself, otherwise they be destroyed within 91 calendar days from their receipt back to us.
